About Rhonda

I offer warm, dependable companionship for older adults who want to remain active, independent and engaged in life. I hold a Master's degree in Natural Health and am a Level 4 Macrobiotic Teacher and Counselor, trained at the Kushi Institute in Massachusetts. I have decades of experience in health education, healthy cooking and helping people support their well-being through wholesome food and positive lifestyle changes. I especially enjoy preparing healthy meals, grocery shopping, errands, appointments, walks, outings and good conversation. I began caring for an older woman while I was in college and continued helping her for several years. Today, I bring that same warmth and companionship together with my specialized health and lifestyle background. I am seeking clients who value an active, mature and highly dependable companion rather than traditional hands-on personal care.
