My mother hired Rhonda to help her care for my father who has dementia. This was only a temporary position as we looked for a care home, but it was clear immediately that Rhonda  had a great deal of experience with the kind of work required for caring for someone with this disease,  and my mother hired her as soon as she met her. She was extremely reliable and put my father at ease quickly. She is patient and caring and both my parents were very comfortable relying on her.  We hired her for both overnight and daytime shifts.

My day had stage 4 cancer. Early on we hired Ronda to help dad 3 days a week 3-4 hours a day  with meals and chores around the house. As dad 's cancer progressed, she was helping my dad with personal care every day for a few hours each day in addition to hospice care. Our family including my dad was very comfortable, confident and impressed with the level of care that Rhonda gave to my father. Rhonda was dad's main care giver right up to the day he died. We were so happy we hired Rhonda to be their for my dad.

Rhonda cared for my Mother with Alzheimer's for almost 3 years. It started with part-time work maybe 3 days a week and progressed into full-time care for my Mother. She cared for my Mother with Alzheimer's with the utmost respect for human life, compassion, kindness, reliability, consistency, thoroughness, and love. We could not have had a better caregiver for my Mother. My Mother passed in June 2019 and Rhonda was there with her loving care until the last moment. She is extremely knowledgeable about how to care for the elderly, she taught us how to care for my Mother, she is extremely reliable and rarely missed work, she was concerned for my Mother as a person and always treated her with kindness, love, and compassion, and listened to her no matter in what stage of Alzheimer's she was in. Any person or family would be extremely fortunate to have Rhonda as a caregiver for themselves or their loved ones. My father is still living and she was an amazing companion to him as well.

I had decided to hire Rhonda W to take care of my elderly mom who was in the beginning stages of dementia. Unfortunately, when I called, she had already been hired for another client. I did know Rhonda through mutual friends and had the opportunity to observe her at a family gathering with my mom in attendance. Watching her with my mother was amazing. She engaged her and was able to divert inevitable moments of my mom yelling out and instead, kept her occupied and entertained.

I have watched Rhonda bring coherency and mobility to my children's grandmother when the doctors said she was too far gone. I was present in the rehab center where the kids grandmother is, when a patient walked out and the staff was not immediately attentive. Rhonda (who was my visiting and does not work there) took charge of the situation and the nurse who came out was incredibly impressed with how well Rhonda handled the situation and how happy the patient was with her. Rhonda has a gift.

I was amazed at the quality of service Rhonda not only provided for my husband but also our family.  She immediately felt to me like she was a member of our family.  Because my husband needed the nursing home I could not keep him home and it broke my heart to let Rhonda leave.  She is very skilled at home health services, takes gentle care of your loved one and is always very concerned about their well being.  I cannot say enough good about her.  You will be so blessed if you hire her.

Rhonda was a gift to our family. She cared for my mother who had many issues. She stayed with us for three years and missed very few days. She is very good at what she does never had to be asked to do anything. Rhonda knew what needed to be done and kept us all on track. We all loved Rhonda and she became part of our family. If given the chance, I would hire her over again.

Rhonda took special care of my wife for three years. my wife had alzheimer's and dementia. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate.  You could  not find a finer person  to hire for caring for a loved one.
