About Richard

I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, considerate, witty I like tutoring because it connects me with academia. It allows me to share what I have learned throughout the years of my career and apply learning methods that have worked for me as well as learn new methods. I'm looking for a job that provides flexibility and one that is fulfilling. One that I can apply my knowledge and expertise. I started tutoring when I started college. I tutored olympic athletes, high schoolers, GED adults, and people returning to education. In my spare time, I like to explore new cafés, go for walks if weather permits, learn new skills, and travel. One thing you should know about me is that I will do my best to engage my students and help them get as excited about a subject as I get. I'm also calm and flexible to whatever needs present. My skills include critical thinking, writing composition, and anything science related.
