About Rittear

I have been in early childcare for over 7 years, working with children from ages 0-5. I am a primary teacher in the infant classroom for a reputable entertainment company, following state ratio of 1 teacher to 4 infants. I love working with kids because it teaches me something new everyday. I love being a voice for children and giving them a safe space to express themselves as individuals with their own unique perspectives and interests. I have the most experience providing care for infants and young toddlers. I am comfortable diapering, preparing food, and putting babies to sleep. I started working in daycare periodically while I was in college. I worked in event production for 4 years, then after the pandemic I pivoted into childcare full time with 21 units in ECE. In my spare time I knit and crochet, produce music, and am a black belt in taekwondo. Families with pet allergies should know I have 2 cats at home.
