As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with 13 years of hands-on experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My journey began with babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and positively impact their lives. Over the years, I have enhanced my skills through college-level coursework in early child development. With a patient and calm demeanor, I create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. My creative and imaginative nature shines through as I engage children in various activities, from outdoor sports to educational games that promote learning. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates.
