I have over 30 years of childcare experience both privately and professionally. I am a homeschool parent to 4 young neurodiverse children, including 3 teenagers. While I was in college to obtain a bachelor's in education, I worked as both a nanny and in a daycare for the local school district. I believe that children are full humans deserving of the same respect we would give any adult. I prefer gentle parenting and guidance in lieu of punishment. As a single mom, I am well versed with the complex inner workings of running a household. I cook, clean, and everything else for my own family.
