We probably had trial days for 10 different nannies for occasional care for our 1 year old until we found Rocio. Even if our son has been going to daycare during the past several months, we still take any opportunity to have Rocio be with him as he adores her from day 1. She follows instructions very carefully, and understands and respects our parenting approach. She goes above and beyond to fully utilize the time she is with our son even if sometimes we ask her to take a break. Can’t say enough of how great she is.
