About Rodicia

Caregiving is personal to me, not just a job. I began caring for seniors at 15 years old while helping my mother care for my grandmother after her health declined. I also cared for my daughter through her 23-month battle with brain cancer, which deepened my compassion, patience, and understanding of the importance of dignity and support during difficult times. I am a retired Army veteran who is dependable, punctual, resilient, and genuinely compassionate. I value treating seniors with respect, kindness, companionship, and attentive care so they feel safe, comfortable, and valued. I enjoy spending time with family, relaxing outdoors, listening to music, and riding motorcycles. I am looking for a position where I can continue making a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and respectful environment.
