Ro is very kind and caring. She meets my mom where she is. If my mom does not want to do some thing like go to the bathroom or take her pills, Ro is very patient and will wait and ask her in a different way later when my mom‘s mood has shifted. She provides the care someone would give to a family member. She truly goes above and beyond.
