Rong is amazing! We had a great experience hiring her for our 2-month old baby, and she is everything we dreamt of! It was perfect that we needed someone part-time, who spoke fluent English and Chinese, with a child care philosophy that stands out against many traditional Chinese nannies. She was pleasant to work with, absolutely diligent; our now 5-month old baby loves her, and we love her too! Among her best qualities are: - A constant heart to bless others through her work. - Responsible with our child, and takes care of her better than I do sometimes! - Creative and fun, with nature talents of a storyteller. - Thoughtful in the way she helps around the house even during the baby naps. Absolutely a joy to work with! But I don't want you to hire her, so I can keep her to myself hehe.
