Rosa has done child care for years for one family. She became part of the family. The parents trusted her completely and the children loved her. She had another long term child care job for a friend of the first family. That family had a baby with a physical condition that required extra care. I’m not sure how long that position was but I think it was a few years. I think her current position has been about a year. My point is that each family has complete trust in Rosa and the children love her. As a neighbor I can tell you that the entire neighborhood respects Rosa and her family.
