About Rosa

Hi! My name is Rosa, I am 24 years old, and have a very "sunshine-filled" personality! I grew up with four younger siblings and assisting my mother in her in-home daycare with children 3mo-16 years old and have 4 years professional experience. I am a very creative, imaginative, and adventurous individual, being proficient in music, art, writing, cooking/baking, acting, etc! I am an excellent teacher, especially with neurodivergent children due to being ADHD and autistic myself! This allows me to think outside of the box and find new ways to explain different concepts! I have the most experience with toddlers and implement no-shame discipline techniques focused on encouraging emotions, communication, boundaries, and autonomy. I believe children should be respected just as much as adults and am happy to accommodate special needs. I am very flexible in my scheduling and inclusive, humanist values are ideal for me to feel comfortable with your family as a member of the LBGTQIA+
