About Rose

Making a difference in someone's life is what truly motivates me as a caregiver. For the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, honoring their independence and well-being. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and help with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
