About Rose

Three words that describe my personality are caring, dependable, and patient. I always strive to create a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children feel valued and can thrive. I love working with kids because they are full of curiosity, joy, and endless potential. I am passionate about guiding them as they grow, learn, and develop life skills. I am looking for a job where I can build trusting relationships with families and provide consistent, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care. I started working with children over 25 years ago and opened my own daycare in 2012. Since then, I've worked as a nanny and preschool lead teacher while continuing my education. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, music, peaceful walks, and spending time with my son. One thing families should know about me is that I am fully committed to each child's needs and will always communicate openly and respectfully.
