With babysitting being my first job as a teen, this caretaker role has always felt right to me as a responsible, compassionate, and joyful person. I supported myself through high school and into college at UC Santa Cruz babysitting for several families with children from 3 months - 13 years old. Having recently moved to the area after finishing school, I work with children in my current role as a substitute teacher all around the Bay and as an outdoor educator, engaging kids in nature through multi-day camping and backpacking trips. In addition to my passion and experience in working with kids, I have access to a Subaru Forester to help with transportation as well as a clean driving record. I am also a wilderness first responder and have current certifications in CPR/first aid/AED. I hope to be connecting with your family soon!

Rosie took care of my boys on a regular basis during the school year, picking them up from school, helping with homework, shuttling them too and from sports. She always was punctual, incredibly dependable and responsible and showcased such great energy with my boys. They loved her! In addition she never answered texts / used her phone while driving! I was so sad when she moved away to go to college and we could not have her help us anymore!
