About Rosio

Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1-star review for Rosio. Rosio and I were in communication regarding a job I posted, and throughout the process she demonstrated great communication and appeared to have the qualifications and availability I needed. I spoke with her the evening before her scheduled start date to confirm expectations and ensure we were both on the same page. Unfortunately, Rosio did not show up for her first day and did not call, text, or otherwise communicate that she would be absent. After she failed to arrive, I reached out by both phone and text message to check on her status, but I did not receive a response. Based on my experience, this lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional. Reliability and communication are very important when providing childcare, and unfortunately my experience did not meet those expectations.
