I had the privilege of having Ms. Rosynel care for my son during the first 3 yrs. of his life, and the experience was so exceptional that I later entrusted her with the care of my mother, who suffers from dementia. As a nanny, she was everything a parent could hope for: loving, patient, dependable, attentive and deeply committed to my son’s well-being and development. She created a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where he could grow, learn, and thrive. Her genuine warmth and dedication made her become part of our family. The trust she earned during those years led me to hire her as a caregiver for my mother. Caring for someone with dementia requires extraordinary patience, compassion, and understanding, and she demonstrated all of those qualities every day. Even after eleven years, she remains in contact with our family and continue to visit and spend time with him. The fact that their relationship has endure for so long is a testament to the genuine love, care, and positive influence she had during those important early years of his life. I can confidently say that she is one of the most caring, trustworthy, and dedicated individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
