About Roxanne

I'm happy to help care for your loved ones! I approach everything with a healthy mindset, music and fun! As a working musician and teacher I always bring the magic of music into my care strategy. For a healthy mindset, I can help with nutrition education, health and wellness. For experience, I've been working as a home health aide for 7 years now in disability care for a client living with SMA. I also have experience working for a music, arts, and wellness-focused non-profit called Community Rocks in childcare. I assisted as their summer camp director and ran their after school programs and still work for them on Mondays teaching music lessons. I have experience in senior and diabetic care as well. I was a caretaker for a family friend where I helped with nutrition, overseeing medications and assisting with mobility. I'm currently enrolled in school for nutrition and am pursuing an MS specialising in GLP-1 and diabetes management. References are available for all of these upon request!
