I've worked full time with many wonderful family's since 2019. I have a portfolio of research based activities as a monthly guide with age appropriate activities that aid development and encourage emotional expression. Empathy is my backbone, I think every child deserves as much respect as anyone else plus a little extra grace as we have tools that they don't yet. I truly believe all children are doing their best and it's our job to help them learn the skills and find the words, to lead by example as a patient guide and role model of curiosity and encouragement. I'm deeply connected to living a holistic lifestyle and open to discussing your values and what you're looking for in a nanny to ensure we make a good team!
