About Ruby

Hi! I'm Ruby, a Boston College grad who left a corporate job to pursue cooking full-time. I grew up in the kitchen and spent years working in restaurants, then years as a full-time nanny and cook for a private family, planning meals around each person's needs, packing lunches, and keeping the kitchen stocked and running smoothly every day. I'm relocating to NYC this fall and starting a nutrition-focused culinary program in January. I love making healthy food genuinely delicious, and I'm comfortable with gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs. Most of all, I'm a real kid person and have been babysitting since I was old enough to :-)
