About Ruth

Ruth provided expert and meticulous care for our elder in the last 5 years of his life. It was important to him and to us, because we understood his wish to maintain his personal and daily independence for as long as his body would allow him to. From day 1, Ruth listened to his wishes, and together they found what would work best to meet that need for independence. That included providing physical care, environmental comfort, making sure appointments were kept, medication taken, and even taking a beloved cat to the vet. Ruth is very organized and anticipates her clients' needs. She understands how important it is to keep family 'in the loop' on their loved one's situation and in suggesting care that meets the changing conditions. Finally, she is wonderful at offering support. She cares deeply about her clients and by extension, the family. That is Ruth and we are forever grateful for her truly compassionate care - she will alway be family.
