Hi there! I am a an experienced Nanny and Household Manager with a bachelor's degree in Family Science and Human Development. I have 7 years of nannying experience working with kids ages newborns to teenagers, though I specialize in infants and toddlers :) I take a gentle caregiving approach which emphasizes emotional literacy and respect, but also prioritizes maintaining firm boundaries and safety. I also have 2 years of household management experience which includes home organization projects, grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, and making returns among other errands. I consider myself to be very intuitive and observant which allows me to learn routines quickly, notice needs as they arise, and find timely solutions. I love working with families to build a warm and supportive home environment where everyone feels at peace. I'm looking for part-time work MWF March through August.
