We have worked with Rylee for over a year as she cared for our 2-3 (now 3-4 yr olds) Monday thru Friday and weekends/nights. She quickly became a part of our family and we have nothing but great things to say about her and the way she cares for our children. She is fun, active with the kids , plans activities, and manages the ups and downs of toddlerhood so well and is always incredibly attentive. My son has special dietary needs that can be very particular (as can he) and she quickly learned his quirks and preferences and also came up with new and exciting ways for him to grow and work through some of the challenges related to his special requirements. She is reliable and flexible. I trust her 100% with my kids. If it weren’t for school starting we’d keep her forever! I couldn’t recommend Rylee enough - I wish she was a part of our family when my kids were younger and even babies. I would trust her with any age.
