Hello! I am a huge child advocate. As a mom I understand how important it is to feel safe and confident about who you trust with your kids. My experience includes 5 + years as a nanny, many years of babysitting, behavior coach, case manager and Registered Behavior Technician for kiddos with autism. I have worked with all ages and truly love each age for different reasons. I am a big believer in helping children develop a growth mindset. I am adaptable in how I work/care for kids based on their individual needs. I have more availability if willing to allow me to watch kids in my home.
