About Samantha

Hi! I recently relocated to Maryland after many years in New York! I have taught multiple grade levels over the last 8 years and am looking to conduct tutoring sessions over the summer in the morning and afternoons. I am also looking to tutor after school throughout the week once the school year begins. I have worked in grades 1-6 with 3 years in a sixth grade classroom, one year in a first grade classroom, and 3 years in a third grade classroom. I have taught special education, general education, and have worked remotely for a year as well. I am certified in teaching with 4 licenses; TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other languages) grades prek-12, Special Education grades 1-6, Special Education grades B-2, and Childhood Education grades 1-6. I have a masters degree from CUNY Hunter (2020) and an undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo (2016) which both were educational preparation programs.
