About Samantha

I like working with kids because I love being a person that can help those around me. I want to be the person that is there for them. Growing up with an older sister, I learned a lot from her and I want to be that person to someone else. I started working with kids when I was a freshman in high school in a special needs program where I was helping kids who had autism. I continued to be a part of this program until I was a senior in high school and it taught me a lot of valuable skills on how work with kids. This experience then developed into babysitting outside of school, and when I was 16 I started babysitting on the weekends. One thing you should know about me is that I am a well rounded babysitter. Not only am I an active and outgoing person who will keep your kids engaged, but I also am a current student at Columbia University who loves to tutor. I can be the person that can give them a little extra help on their homework and also the person that can play games with them.
