About Samantha

Hello! I have been a nanny for the past 12 years in the NoVa area and have lived here for 14 years and am very familiar with the area. I grew up in Rhode Island, went to Ohio Wesleyan University and graduated in 2011 with a BA in Theatre. I was with my 1st family since the child was 3 months old and grew from being an infant nanny to basically a home school teacher due to the pandemic. I was then with my next family for a year, who had 3 kids. My theatre management experience has translated really nicely into managing crazy kid and school schedules! I have a clean driving record and a safe/reliable vehicle. I have been entrusted to bring the children I've nannied to sports activities, pre-school, camps, play dates, dentist appointments and doctors appointment. I am also incredibly consistent and reliable; I rarely call out sick and have always communicated my schedule and necessary time off in advance. I love working with kids and have worked in children's theatre as well as nannying.
