About Sandra

Hello! My name is Sandra and I am a nurse who works with children. I graduated from UVA with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing in 2024. In addition to my academic background, I hold certifications in Basic Life Support and CPR. Throughout high school and college, I had the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings. I was a Mathnasium and Kumon instructor, where I helped students strengthen their math skills, and I also worked as a lifeguard, promoting water safety and providing supervision. I've babysat on and off for individual families and for larger groups of children. I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, and dependable. I believe clear communication is key to fostering a positive relationship with both parents and children, and I'm dedicated to providing great care!
