About Sandra

Hello, My name is Sandra and I m a caregiver by nature. Retirement came early for me due to my own health challenges. After regaining a level of health through diet and alternative therapies, I understand first hand what it s like to lose health and vigor. Although I've always been compassionate and nurturing, as Ive gotten older and taken care of ailing parents, Ive acquired a new set of skills that make me (what I am told) a special caregiver. You won't find a more loving and trustworthy person to care for your family. My only issue, in full disclosure, is that I have limited physical strength. This means I can't lift an elderly person. What I lack in physical strength I make up for in personality, companionship, dependability, vast knowledge of health issues, various diets and healthy cooking. In general, I m a people person and well liked by all ages. My mother always said I had universal appeal. Please reach out if I sound like a good fit. Sandra
