To Whom It May Concern, My name is Sandra. I have been working in healthcare for well over 25 years. I have worked in Home Care, for over 10 years. I have also worked as an Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nurse's Aide in long-term healthcare facilities and sub-acute facilities . My skill includes, Basic Assessment, Medication Management, Tracheotomy Care, Suctioning, Peg tube feeding, Foley catheter insertion and care. Hoyer lift transfers, Wound Care and Personal Care. As a private caregiver I do my best to ensure that my clients get the best care, while maintain their privacy and dignity in their loving caring environment . My job in the home is to help my client to regain their independence, as much as possible, as they maintain their sense of dignity. I ensure that my clients with their safety and security. Through the years I have always maintain professional ethics regarding giving care to my clients and I have endeavored to do my best in this area at all times.
