Throughout the years, I have enjoyed babysitting other children. I decided to change with babysitting because it is slightly slower pace than working in a hospital. We are forever grateful for Sarada! Sarada has helped us with our son for 6-7 months since he was 3 months old. Sarada has cared for our son as though she's his grandmother. Babies go through phases when they are more difficult and clingy, and as a first-time mom, there were times when I was lost and exhausted. Sarada was there to help our family go through this difficult time and provided the best care. Sarada is punctual and dependable. If she needed to take a certain day off (e.g., vacations), she always informed me in advance so that we could plan ahead. During her employment, she has never had any issues with scheduling. Also, when our family was overwhelmed with work, Sarada offered extra hours to help so that we could manage our work/parenting. She is a team player and genuinely wants to help. Our son was always so happy to see her. We only let her go because our baby had to move. If not, we would have had Sarada for a long time. We are so lucky to have had her!
