About Sarah

Hello! I recently just moved back to Maine and am looking for some additional part time work. For the past seven years I lived in Hawaii where I was a school garden teacher and taught K-9th grade students hands on gardening, cooking, and nutrition lessons, which was one of my most rewarding experiences! I babysat for several families this summer and have been doing child care on and off since I was 16, so I have experience with children of multiple ages, in a variety of settings. I am very responsible, patient, caring, organized, and am great at relationship building! I never had a tv growing up, so since my childhood I've learned to get creative with my time - I love to engage kids in outdoor activities, art projects, games, puzzles, cooking/baking, reading, and of course, gardening.
