Sarah has worked for us for 2 years, approximately 20 hours a week. You won’t find a sitter like her out there. She’s a former teacher, so exceptional at connecting with the kids, engaging with them, and being loving but also firm. My kids behave so much better for her than for me and they adore her. She has also tutored my oldest daughter and contributed significantly to her overcoming reading challenges. She cooks healthy meals for the kids, takes them on fun outings and has become a part of our family. She is reliable and dependable. A total perfect package.
