Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a part-time caregiver. To tell you more about myself, I grew up in a large family of 5 sisters and 3 brothers in Connecticut but moved to North Carolina when I was 15 years old. Since living in North Carolina I have worked for the YMCA Child Care Center and have nannied for several families. My work at the YMCA made me realize how much I enjoyed working with children, and through the YMCA I began part-time care for families. I personally love being a part-time caregiver because it gives me the opportunity to engage with children one on one. Now that I have finished with my bachelor's degree, I plan to get my degree in nursing with a focus on pediatric health so I can continue to work with children and families on a professional level.
