We communicated about my job post for an after school nanny. She canceled the first interview due to a family emergency, which was understandable. But she did no show up for the rescheduled interview date and now will not respond to a text or message. Disappointed by the lack of communication. If she had simply told us that she was no longer interested in the position, that would have been fine.
