I am a compassionate and dependable, caregiver with several years of hands-on childcare experience. I have played an active role in helping raise and care for my 3-year-old niece, giving me daily experience with routines, developmental support, and nurturing young children in a safe and loving environment. In addition, I have spent the past three years babysitting my nieces and nephews, where I've developed strong skills in multitasking, patience, and creating engaging activities that support both learning and fun. I am attentive to each child's individual needs and pride myself on building trusting relationships with both children and parents. I am committed to providing a safe, positive, and supportive atmosphere where children can grow, feel valued, and thrive. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, enthusiastic and respectful I started working with kids when I was 18, I would babysit my nieces, nephews, and little cousins!
