About Sarah

I started babysitting in the 5th grade, at which point I took a babysitting course and had my first paid babysitting job. I grew up with a personality that took care of kids younger than me naturally, and these personality characteristics never escaped me. I have always been a natural at caring for kids. I later developed an interest and passion for becoming a summer camp director. I have 6 years of summer camp experience as a counselor, a trip leader to kids with learning disabilities and as an Assistant camp director. I hold a B. S. In Youth Development and Camp Management and I am passionate about experiential education and the power of free play. I am trustworthy, patient, caring and honest and would enjoy spending time with your child. I have spent many years of my life trying to build key experiences of growth into kids' lives. I have learned a lot along the way about how to have positive interactions with kids that are healthy and developmental.
