My graduate degree has given me a solid foundation for understanding the needs of those I serve. Before this, I was a case manager for over 13 years, helping older adults and people with disabilities. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build strong connections. I am friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I follow the family's preferred communication method. I am here to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
