About Sarahlyn

Hello! My name is Sarahlyn! A little bit about me: I am 33 years old have over 10 years of experience in childcare. I have an associates degree in human services, and I am currently going to school for my bachelors of social work with a focus on working with children. I am a Registered Behavior Technician and during the week I work with children with autism. Caring for children is my lifelong passion. I am CPR and first aid certified. My nanny style is focused on creativity, fun, and going with the flow. I respect the stability children need to thrive, but I'm easily adaptable and enjoy encouraging children to explore the world in a safe and caring environment. I love pets and love activities! I'm good at planning activities and I am very hands-on. If they are doing crafts, I'm doing crafts! If they're running around outside, so am I! I do encourage independent play for at least a little bit each day.
