About Sarah

I provide compassionate care for your loved one. Training was with the Red Cross and with WCA. I am a trained Death Doula with INELDA and have been trained with licensed nursing professionals in an environment accredited to provide CEUs for healthcare professionals expanding their education. I am expanding my certification to include personal training and nutrition coaching from National Academy of Sports Medicine and a yoga certification that includes senior chair yoga from a Yoga Alliance accredited school (200 hours). My goal is to provide education and assistance in a way that the family and the patient feel comfortable. Im friendly and fun and keep the person I am with in mind so my personality and skills are appreciated and not just tolerated by them. I strive for their home to feel safe and happy. Whether it is hospice or just aging difficulties, I am here to assist.
