Sarah seemed great. When we decided to move forward with her she delayed her start date and then just ghosted. It was very unprofessional any sort of response stating she was no longer interested would've been appreciated. We lost 2 weeks of searching due to waiting which we didn't have. Definitely has a lot of qualifications but is not reliable.
