I'm an experienced caregiver with 6+ years in assisted living and nursing homes, where I also worked as the Director of Clinical Nutrition. I have hands-on experience with bathing, transfers, changing, meal prep, and daily care, as well as working closely with rehab teams. I have experience working with elders with dementia/ Alzheimer's, sundowning etc. My nutrition background helps me support special diets and overall wellness. Addition to health , I'm also able to drive to appointments, run errands, and accompany on outings. I'm patient, reliable, and genuinely compassionate--my goal is to help your loved one feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
