Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. I support families by providing reliable care for their loved ones. My approach is patient, calm, warm, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize building a comfortable environment and honoring each individual's needs. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates, texts, or phone calls. I have Masters and Doctorate degrees in clinical psychology and multiple years of working with children, adults, and families, with mental health issues. Recently, I obtained a certificate in nutrition science from Stanford University to better understand how nutrition affects mental health issues. I enjoy preparing healthy meals and helping others with physical activities, as both impact overall functioning. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I find joy in helping others live their best lives.
