Hi! I'm Sara, a dedicated childcare professional based in Lakeland with over four years of experience in early childhood education. I've been working in childcare since December 2020 and currently work full-time with2-year-olds in a licensed daycare setting. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I prioritize safety, structure, and emotional development in everything I do. Working with toddlers has given me strong experience in managing routines, supporting developmental milestones, handling big emotions calmly, and creating engaging age-appropriate activities. I truly love helping little ones grow through structured play, early learning activities, sensory experiences, outdoor time, and positive guidance. I'm patient, calm under pressure, and very hands-on in creating a safe, nurturing, and consistent environment.
