We booked Sara a month in advance to babysit while my husband and I went to a rehearsal dinner. She confirmed that she would be free and was looking forward to it. The morning of the event, I messaged Sara asking if we were still on for that night. She never responded. The agreed-upon time came and went with no message and no appearance from Sara. We ended up taking our baby to the rehearsal dinner with us. I messaged her one more time to ask what had happened, and she never responded.
