Saranda has been a godsend for our house: she's dependable, knowledgeable, fast and leaves our apartment not only clean, but fully organized. She definitely knows what she's doing and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

When I interviewed Saranda for the job I told her that we would expect the apartment to be 100% sparkling clean, and I was impressed when she told me to give her feedback about her cleaning if we didn't like it. The first time she did a great job, the second time the apartment was still dirty (my husband had to clean the stove top and counters and vacuum after this "cleaning") and I let her know. Instead of taking feedback in stride, she just quit. Very disappointing experience especially since I had to tell other applicants for the job no to hire Saranda.

Saranda is the best housekeeper we've ever had. I am extremely lucky to have the opportunity to have met her and have her work with us. She is punctual, courteous, precise, meticulous and a pleasure to be around. She is completely trustworthy and I look forward to working with her for as long as she likes.
