About Sarata

As a passionate and dedicated recent college graduate with a major in Elementary Education, I bring eight years of diverse childcare and educational experience to the table. Starting as a babysitter, I provided reliable and nurturing care for children of various ages, creating safe and stimulating environments. Transitioning into teaching roles, I gained hands-on experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and delivering engaging educational content. My tutoring experience involved personalized sessions to support students' academic progress. Additionally, I spent three years as an afterschool and summer counselor, developing and implementing enriching activities for children, promoting both educational and recreational growth. Most recently, I completed a student teaching experience in a vibrant second-grade classroom, refining my skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
