Hi there! My name is Savannah and I recently moved to Chicago from Tennessee. I've been a nanny/babysitter for over 8 years, and absolutely love what I do! I am currently an Assistant Teacher at a daycare, but I really enjoy working directly with one family. I think it's incredibly important to meet children where they're at and find new and creative ways to teach them fundamentals. I have a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art, and I find it very rewarding to bring art into a child's life. I have experience working with children of all ages (newborn through 6yrs). I have mostly worked with Montessori based families, however, I am easily adaptable to family values, and believe that sticking to a solid and consistent structure is key to a child's growth. I am CPR/First Aid certified, as well Food Handler certified. I am comfortable with meal prep and house work as well! I'm happy to answer any further questions you may have!
