About Sawyer

Sawyer was an exceptional caregiver who helped provided 24/7 care for our mother, who was living with advanced-stage ALS. Before joining our family, Sawyer proactively shared references from her prior work as a nanny-all of whom spoke glowingly of her dedication, professionalism and desire to transition into elder care. Sawyer came to us shortly after completing her CNA training. From the start she was eager to learn, asked insightful questions, and absorbed information quickly. Our mother's care was highly regimented and complex, involving feeding tube management, cough assist, suction, BiPap, Hoyer lift transfers, medication assistance, wound management and detailed personal care. Sawyer excelled in all areas-she was dependable, a clear communicator, compassionate, and attentive to both the patient's physical and emotional needs. Sawyer took the time to truly get to know our mother as a person, not just a patient. Her empathy and calm presence made an enormous difference in the quality of care and comfort our mother received.
