Seema is the best nanny we could have asked for and becomes part of the family quickly. She is punctual, communicative, gentle and kind. She spent 9 months with us as our part time nanny watching my daughter when she was 10-19 months. She followed the schedule I asked her to as far as eating and napping, and actively engaged my daughter in play and outside time. She was very patient and gentle with my daughter when she had fussy days, and kept up with her on her high energy days. She went above and beyond and we are thankful for the time she was with us.
